Underground Knights (UK) reputation is one of the most important ones in the game. It provides the best potions and scrolls for a relatively small price, but takes a bit of time to get there. To raise it you need to complete quests:
1. Mining Green Crystals - 10 reputation
2. A Lost Signet - 20 reputation
3. Mining Red and Blue Crystals - 30 reputation
4. Initiation into the Underground Knights - 50 reputation
5. Legendary Feats of Agudar - 200 reputation
6. Agudars' first [second, third, fourth, fifth] Feat of Valour - 100 reputation each
7. Operation Dirty hands - 15 reputation. Recurring every 4 days
8. Chain of Victories in the Crystalline Caves - 20-80 reputation based on how large is the chain (no more than 5). Recurring every 2 days
9. Chain of Victories in the Ancient Temple - 10-40 reputation based on how large is the chain (no more than 5) Recurring every 2 days
10. Spawn of Spilt Blood - 10 reputation. Recurring every 4 days [UPCOMING]
11. Crystalline Coal - 15-50 reputation. Recurring every 7 days. [UPCOMING]
12. Awakening of the Ancient Guards - 25 reputation
13. Provision Delivery - 20-30 reputation
14. Cleaning the Territory - 15 reputation
Also, on some days the reputation is given just for winning battlefields:
10 reputation for the Temple of the Chosen on every first Saturday of each month;
20 reputation for the Crystalline Caver every second and fourth Saturday of each month;
5 reputation for the Arena of Underground Knights every third Saturday of each month.
Also, reputation is awarded for winning several Arenas in a row when exchanging badges:
Badge of 2nd victory: 2
Badge of 3rd victory: 5
Badge of 4th victory: 10
Badge of 5th victory: 20

Great Deeds for the Underground Knights: In the Palaces of King Magish, fight with Agudar the Knight [6] 
and obtain his ring. Wearing it, collect 1000 each of red, blue and green crystals. You will be fined by Agudar if you lose a campaign in the Caves. Once you reach 500 of any sort of crystal, they will be guaranteed. Having done that, return to Agudar [6] and return the ring with your results to him. Finally, tell the Keeper of the Underground Knights about the outcome
